About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assess patients’ functional status and design personalized physiotherapy programmes.
• Deliver hands‑on treatment in the dedicated technical areas, including:
  • Locomotor‑affection sector (individual and collective rooms).
  • Neurological rehabilitation sector.
  • Isokinetic and gait‑analysis laboratory.
  • Ergotherapy workshops.
  • Balneotherapy zone.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team of more than 25 health‑care professionals to ensure coordinated care.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document outcomes in the patient record.
• Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of rehabilitation protocols.

Requirements

• Valid State diploma of Masseur‑Kinésithérapeute or French‑equivalent qualification.
• Current registration with the Ordre des Kinésithérapeutes (mandatory for the application dossier).
• Strong communication skills and a patient‑centred attitude.
• Ability to work the scheduled hours (8:30 – 12:00 / 13:30 – 17:00).
• Willingness to engage in a multidisciplinary environment and to keep up‑to‑date with the latest rehabilitation techniques.

Working Conditions

• Full‑time position with a regular schedule: 8:30 – 12:00 and 13:30 – 17:00.
• Located in a modern clinic offering 100 inpatient beds and 15 day‑hospitalisation beds.
• Technical area spanning over 1 500 m², equipped with state‑of‑the‑art rehabilitation devices.
