Customer Support

• Support French-speaking customers via phone, chat, or email

• Focus on service quality, problem resolution, and customer satisfaction

B2B Sales Specialist

• Manage inbound and/or outbound sales activities
• Build long-term relationships with business clients
• Identify opportunities, present solutions, and close deals
• Previous B2B sales experience required

Order-to-Cash (O2C)

• Handle invoicing, collections, cash application, and dispute management
• Work closely with finance and accounting teams
• Junior and senior profiles considered
• Previous experience required

Content Moderation (upcoming)

• Review and assess online content according to platform guidelines
• Help maintain safe and respectful digital communities
• Strong attention to detail and emotional resilience required

- Language Requirements

• French: C2 / native level
• English: B2+
