• *Job Description:**
• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for an *Electrical Systems architect for Hybrid Propulsion (f/m)* to join our *Electrical System Department* based in *Toulouse, France.*

You will be part of a team developing the demonstrators (ground and flight) for Hybrid Propulsion. As an Electrical Architect , you will be involved in the system under test design and V&V activities aiming at securing the demonstrator flight-worthy. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Based on the demonstrators you define the technical baseline, lead trades and establish a robust requirements cascade process
• You evaluate technical choices (analysis, simulation, ..)
• You provide requirements to the electrical components and support the workpackage leaders in charge of their development with external partners
• You capture and capitalise the results and lessons learned from the testing
• You release the technical dossier for flight-worthy demonstration.

In this scope, you will interact with a large number of stakeholders: external partners (systems and engine), R&T program, chief engineer, testing team, experts and report progress on your perimeter.

• Your boarding pass:*
• Master degree in electrical systems with a solid experience in electrical propulsion applications
• Experience on managing high power and high voltage in aeronautic environment (5 years minimum)
• Significant experience on systems engineering and integration of complex systems (10 years minimum)
• Strong skills in communication and influence in a transnational environment
• Ability to set priorities and make decisions
• Eager to learn and fostering innovation
• Negotiation level of English
