POA/DOA Control improvement manager for Suppliers of non-flying services and products

• Airbus Commercial Aircraft* is looking for a *POA/DOA Control Improvement Manager (f/m) *to join our General Procurement Supply Chain Quality Department based in *Toulouse, France.*

You will be part of a team developing EASA regulatory compliance processes for aircraft-related non-flying products and services. As part of the Supply Chain Quality Management Team (PJSA), you will be involved in supplier compliance oversight and continuous improvement initiatives aiming at ensuring that General Procurement activities strictly comply with EASA regulations. *Your working environment:* Global capital of aeronautics and European capital for space research, Toulouse is a dynamic city in the southwest of France served by an international airport. • Your challenges:*
• Coordinate risk analyses to precisely determine the POA scope for non-flying aircraft-related products and services.
• Enhance end-to-end procurement processes (Sourcing, Contracting, Ordering, Supplier Control) by integrating lessons learned.
• Drive the SCQM team coordination to secure proper approval, qualification, and surveillance of global suppliers.
• Coordinate global EASA audits and the deployment of corrective action plans.
• Design and deliver targeted regulatory awareness sessions to internal stakeholders involved in supplier contracting and control.
• Your boarding pass:*
• Confirmed professional experience in the fields of Engineering, Manufacturing, Production, or Quality.
• Proven technical expertise in Supplier Management and managing complex projects.
• Proficiency in continuous improvement methodologies (LEAN, 6 Sigma) and problem-solving tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle pressure and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders in a high-exposure context .
• Advanced level of English required (business travel within France and Europe is to be expected).
