ph3Job Title /h3 pHead of Ethics Compliance, Export Control and Chief Compliance Officer – Corporate Secretary Directorate /p h3Job Overview /h3 pATR, the world’s leading manufacturer of regional turboprops, is looking for an experienced Head of Ethics Compliance and Export Control to join the Corporate Secretary Directorate. The role reports to Rahul Domergue and will lead a team of five employees. /p h3Responsibilities /h3 ul liImplement and maintain the highest ethics and compliance standards across ATR and its subsidiaries. /li liOversee the management of Export Control, Ethics Compliance matters, ensuring compliance with national and international laws. /li liDevelop, initiate, maintain, and revise policies and procedures for the compliance program. /li liCollaborate with other directorates (Commercial, Procurement, Program, Finance, etc.) to manage compliance and export control issues. /li liConsult with outside counsels on sensitive compliance and export control matters. /li liRespond to alleged violations, evaluate or recommend investigative procedures, and conduct them; oversee a uniform handling system for such violations. /li liProvide regular reports to the General Counsel, the ATR Ethics Compliance Committee, and ATR Excom on compliance operations. /li liIdentify potential compliance vulnerabilities and risks; develop and implement corrective action plans. /li liMaintain an effective compliance communication program, promoting a Speak‑up culture and awareness of the Code of Conduct. /li liMaintain and strengthen a compliance training program for all ATR staff and managers. /li liAnalyze information on suppliers for Export Control classification. /li liPrepare, apply for, and follow export licenses necessary to support ATR’s commercial objectives. /li liManage relationships with administrations in charge of Export Control and maintain licenses. /li liBuild and update tools for managing Export Control information and awareness. /li liOrganize training for ATR staff on Export Control issues. /li liAnalyze compliance reports submitted by directorates via the compliance IT tool. /li liAssess requests regarding sponsorships, donations, gifts, hospitality, conflicts of interest, and business support initiatives. /li liBuild and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, stakeholders, and administrations in charge of Ethics Compliance. /li liDevelop and update directives and processes linked to Ethics Compliance. /li liTrain ATR staff on ethics and compliance matters with an impact on ATR activities. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liDegree in Law/Compliance, Management, or Business Administration. /li liAt least 7 years of experience in Export Control and/or Ethics Compliance. /li liStrong management experience and demonstrated leadership abilities. /li liSolution‑finding mindset, good interpersonal skills, and strong conversational abilities. /li liKnowledge and practice of laws and regulations on Export Control, Ethics Compliance (aeronautical industry is a plus). /li liStrong business acumen and pragmatic approach. /li liAbility to handle diverse files and matters with strong organisational and priority‑setting skills. /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liHighly competitive compensation package, including profit and success sharing and employee savings plan. /li liWork‑life balance with remote working options, six weeks of paid leave, and additional days off for family events. /li liSupplementary health and welfare coverage. /li liCareer development opportunities for skill building. /li liWide choice of development programmes for soft and hard skills. /li liParticipation in CSE events (ATR family events, Airbus CSE travel and vacation camps). /li liDiverse and inclusive workforce with more than 35 nationalities. /li /ul h3Equal Opportunity Statement /h3 pATR is committed to achieving workforce diversity and creating an inclusive working environment.
