• You will join a team dedicated to taking our risk maturity to the next level, ensuring the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) system remains a best-in-class capability for the Group. • *Influence & Challenge: Act as a 'critical friend' to the business, challenging teams on risk assessments and providing early warnings to Programmes and Functions.*
• *Empower Decision Making: Synthesize complex risk data into clear, actionable insights (heatmaps/coldmaps) for the Finance Committee, Top Management, and Board of Directors.*
